2. PURPOSE

This website is intended to inform about the pericardium and its importance for health, as well as to promote the Pericardium Liberation method created by Montserrat Gascón (Cellular Bioenergetic Osteopathy method). Specifically, we aim to:

Disseminate Montserrat’s books and audiovisual content.
Connect interested individuals with a network of therapists trained in the Pericardium Liberation method.
Inform and promote trainings offered by the community of therapists trained by Montserrat.

Prices

Prices are in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before completing the purchase.

Order and acceptance

To place an order, users must complete the purchase form with accurate information and accept these Terms of Sale. The contract is formalized upon sending the order confirmation.

Payment is made before shipping. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped via Correos España. Estimated delivery times:

Spain: 3–7 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Outside Europe: 10–30 business days

Times may vary based on stock and location. A tracking number will be provided once shipped.

Shipping costs

Calculated based on weight, volume, and destination; shown before finalizing purchase.

Right of withdrawal

Under Consumer Law, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal without justification. Products must be returned in original condition and unused. Return costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Returns and refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued via the original payment method within 14 days.

Warranty

All products have a 2-year legal warranty according to Spanish law. In case of manufacturing defect, repair, replacement, or refund will be offered.

Liability

Pericardium.org is not responsible for shipping delays caused by Correos España or circumstances beyond our control. Liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
